Steady Road LLC is not a licensed real estate brokerage, mortgage broker, or mortgage lender.

When clients wish to explore selling their home through a traditional real estate listing, licensed real estate services may be provided through:

Mortgage loan origination services provided by Genevieve Coffey, NMLS #374955, are conducted exclusively through Executive Mortgage Brokers, LLC, Company NMLS #1614001, and not through Steady Road LLC. Mortgage services are available only in states where both Genevieve and Executive Mortgage Brokers are appropriately licensed and authorized.

All financing is subject to credit approval, underwriting requirements, and applicable loan program guidelines. Not all applicants will qualify, and not all loan programs are available in every state. Consumers are not required to use Executive Mortgage Brokers to obtain services from Steady Road.

Any real estate brokerage or mortgage services are provided separately through the appropriate licensed company and are subject to that company's agreements, disclosures, policies, and applicable laws.

Steady Road does not guarantee mortgage approval, financing terms, property values, or the sale of any property.

4. Direct Home Purchases

Steady Road may offer homeowners the option of selling their property directly rather than listing it through a traditional real estate brokerage.

Any information on our website about purchasing homes, potential closing timelines, or available options is for informational purposes only.

Nothing on our website constitutes a binding offer to purchase a property.

Any offer to purchase a home will be presented in writing and will be subject to mutually agreed-upon terms and a separate written purchase agreement.

Closing timelines, purchase prices, and other terms depend on the individual property, title requirements, financing, and other circumstances.

Homeowners are never obligated to accept an offer or sell their property simply because they contact Steady Road or participate in an initial consultation.
